UPDATE : The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Office says Jeremiah Alexander Starr was located by a sheriff's deputy at the Shandon rest area.

UPDATE (11:15 p.m.) - The California Highway Patrol said Monday night the Silver Alert issued a day earlier for Jeremiah Alexander Starr, 25, of Paso Robles was deactivated due to Starr being found. No other information was immediately available.

ORIGINAL STORY: A Silver Alert was issued Sunday night for an at-risk missing man.

CHP issued the alert for San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Kern, Kings and Monterey counties on behalf of the San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's office.

The missing person is identified as 25-year-old Jeremiah Alexander Starr.

He is 6' 1" and 210 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Starr has lived in Paso Robles and was last seen on November 5 in San Luis Obispo. He was driving a red 2010 Ford F-250 with lifted suspension and an Arizona license plate.

He last spoke to his family on November 7 and was reported missing on November 10.

Starr suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to become disoriented.
