Only wingfest competition in SLO county
The 10th annual Brew & Bites Beer and Food Festival kicked off Saturday at the Mission Plaza in San Luis Obispo.
The festival features live music, local food vendors and Central Coast breweries.
Brews & Bites holds the only chicken wing competition in San Luis Obispo County.
Restaurants compete for the title of '2019 Wingfest Champion' by winning votes from festival goers.
Figueroa Mountain Brewing was the winner of last year's Wingfest. They are competing against other local restaurants to maintain their 2018 title.
Brews & Bites lasts from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.
