The Santa Barbara County Public Health Department is hosting several free flu shot events during the month of October.
Everyone two years of age and older may receive a free flu shot and you don't even have to get out of your car.
Health officials ask all participants to wear a face covering. You will be asked to complete a short form, but no insurance, ID, or appointment is required.
Vaccine clinics will take place at the following locations and times:
- Lompoc High School, 515 W. College Ave., Lompoc - Oct. 6-7, 2-6 p.m.
- San Marcos High School, 4750 Hollister Ave., Santa Barbara - Oct. 8-9, 2-6 p.m.
- Allan Hancock College Parking Lot, 800 S. College Dr., Santa Maria - Oct. 13 & 15, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
