The Foodbank of Santa Barbara County is hosting its second "Fill the Foodbank! " Drive-thru Food Drive.
On Saturday, February 8, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the food bank is asking community members to donate non-perishable items; and donaters won't even have to get out of their cars to do it. Food bank volunteers will unload donated items.
Suggested items are canned proteins, rice and beans.
The organization's goal is to amass 40,000 pounds of health groceries.
