A Santa Barbara man was arrested Thursday on suspicion of lewd acts with a child.
Sheriff's officials say Louie "Vincent" Peteque Jr., 49, befriended high school-aged children, invited them to his home, and gave them alcohol and marijuana.
On at least two occasions, investigators say Peteque sexually assaulted two juvenile victims while they were intoxicated.

Peteque was booked into jail on charges of lewd and lascivious acts with a child, sexual battery, and willful cruelty to a child.
