Santa Barbara police are looking for a missing 15-year-old girl considered to be at-risk.
Police say Emily Justine Johnston was last seen in the downtown area of Santa Barbara on July 24.
She is described as 5'4" tall and 130 pounds with blue eyes and red or auburn-colored hair.
