UPDATE (11:42 a.m.) - Santa Barbara police say Marc Anthony Flores, who had been reported missing earlier Thursday, has been found safe and unharmed.
Police say members of the public who saw Flores' photo on social media and Nixle reported seeing him at a business in the area of Milpas and Hailey streets shortly before 11 a.m.
Officers responded and Flores has reportedly been reunited with his family.

(9:09 a.m.) - The Santa Barbara Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate a missing teen who is considered "at-risk."
Police say Marc Anthony Flores walked away from his home at 10 p.m. Wednesday and did not take his insulin with him.
Flores is 18-years-old. He is 5'6" tall and 160 pounds with brown eyes.
Police say Flores is developmentally delayed and may behave like a younger person.
Anyone with information about Flores' whereabouts is asked to call 911.
