Santa Barbara police are asking for help locating a teen they say is considered at risk.
Felicia Hecker, 16, is believed to have taken off after landing at the Santa Barbara Airport on January 28, police say, adding that she may be headed to Butte County.
Her hair is now all black.
Anyone with information is asked to call Santa Barbara police.
