The Santa Barbara Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate a missing man who is considered at-risk.
Steven Russell Marino, 70, was last seen leaving his sisters house at around midnight on April 21 on Consuelo Drive in Santa Barbara.
He is described as 6' tall, bald with green eyes. He was last seen wearing dark hoodie, pajama pants and sneakers.
Police say Marino is reported to have a memory problem.
Marino reportedly has no cellphone, no wallet, and no tracker. Police say Marino is visiting from out of town and is unfamiliar with the neighborhood.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
