Santa Barbara's Stearns Wharf has remained open during the COVID-19 pandemic with only a few restaurants available for takeout, but now almost all businesses have opened their doors under the state's second phase of reopening.
The businesses are continuing to follow the local county and state health requirements. All of the restaurants have outdoor seating and fishing will remain free.
"We believe everybody should stay healthy, so masks are required for entry into the shops and restaurants; Lil’ Toot is wearing a mask too!" City of Santa Barbara spokesperson Anthony Wagner said in a statement.

- Mother Stearns Candy Company

- Old Wharf Trading Co. & Topside Clothing
- Santa Barbara Shellfish
- Stearns Wharf Bair & Tackle
Moby Dick Restaurant will open June 15 and both Conway Deep Sea Tasting Room and the Sea Center will open in phase three.
