Yellow and red lights illuminated the hospital parking lot, as several firefighters clapped and cheered for health care workers.
The Santa Maria Fire Department got together to honor their local health care workers Friday night.
The department cheered on nurses and doctors at the Marian Regional Medical Center.
"We’re all in this together!," the department said in a Tweet Friday night.

This, along with many other celebrations of healthcare workers around the Central Coast and around the world, have been a way communities have been coming together to honor those on the front lines amid uncertainty.
