A new three-story building is about 80% complete at Santa Maria High School.
The Santa Maria Joint Union High School District first broke ground in February of 2021.
The district says the building will have 44 classrooms, five science labs and a culinary arts classroom.
The building will also feature visitor parking and a bell tower.
It's set to be finished by April 2023.
