UPDATE: At-risk woman reported missing in Santa Maria located

UPDATE (5:05 p.m.) - Police say Loera has been located with the assistance of a sheriff's office helicopter.

(3:41 p.m.) - The Santa Maria Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate a missing woman who is considered at-risk.

Hermelinda Loera, 88, was last seen at 9 a.m. Thursday in the area of Yoshida Dr. and Seaward Dr. in Santa Maria.

She is described as 5' tall with gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a straw hat with a round brim and a bow on the back, and a purple or beige top.

Police say Loera is impaired and at-risk due to a medical condition.
