The Santa Ynez Valley Rotary Club is canceling their annual Fourth of July Fireworks Festival.
The event is typically held at Old Mission Santa Ines in Solvang.
The club said the decision "was made due to concerns about public safety, social distancing, crowd management and uncertainty as to when large public gathering restrictions will be removed."
Organizers said they will now focus on making next year's celebration "even grander."
