The San Luis Coastal Unified School District handed out a Thanksgiving-themed meal kit Wednesday morning.
The kit this week includes locally-sourced food like a pumpkin bread loaf from Edna Bakery and produce from the Pismo Oceano Vegetable Exchange.
The district provides free weekly meal kits for kids under 18 in the area.
