A section of the Bob Jones Trail will temporarily close on Monday, Aug. 3 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for surface maintenance as part of San Luis Obispo's 2020 Roadway Sealing Project.
According to city officials, the section that will indefinitely close is from Prado Road to Los Osos Valley Road in San Luis Obispo. Community members may use the South Higuera Street bike lane as a detour.
Officials said the project is funded by the Local Revenue Measure (Measure G).
