A crash involving two semi-trucks sparked a brush fire just north of Buellton on Friday afternoon.
It happened at about 2:45 p.m. on southbound Highway 101 near Jonata Rd.
The fire burned one of the trucks and an approximately 50 x 50-foot area of vegetation before firefighters knocked it down.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
