Drivers are being advised that short delays will occur in Santa Maria starting Monday on Banyon, Ocotillo, Marlberry, Lorencita, and other streets near the Santa Maria Country Club.
Some trees will be removed and others will be trimmed or replaced.
New curbs, gutters and sidewalks will be installed as well as ADA compliant curb ramps.
City officials recommend using alternate routes to avoid delays.
