SLO Brew Rock, a Central Cost Brewery, hosted a virtual concert Sunday to help support local creators on the Central Coast.
The brewery partnered with Big Big SLO & The Community Roots Project: TOGETHER SLO to live stream the benefit series featuring five entertainers.
Each band had an hour long set and picked a local business that they wanted to support amid the pandemic. Community members were invited to watch the virtual concert and provide donations to those businesses while the band performed.
"It's one of those things where if we embrace the arts and the businesses and our entire community we have a huge army of people and the outpouring of support has been very special," said Ryan Orr, Entertainment Director for SLO Brew Rock.
The virtual concert is available to stream online and donations are still being accepted.
