The Santa Maria Police Department says a teenager threatened violence at Fesler Junior High School but following an investigation, it has been determined there is no danger to the school.
Police say they were made aware of the threats Thursday morning.
They say officers identified the 15-year-old responsible for making the threats on a social media post and contacted the teen's parents.
Police say after working with the school's administration and the teen's parents, it has been determined there is no known threat to the school.
