Vandenberg Air Force Base has re-opened all sections of its three beaches.
Surf, Wall and Minuteman beaches have restrictions in place annually through Sept. 30 to protect the endangered Western Snowy Plover.
The base says the restrictions ended up being lifted Tuesday since all plover chicks were deemed independent as of Sept. 19.
Fences and signage warning of the restrictions are being removed from the beaches.
