The southbound U.S. 101 #2 lane is closed across from the Gaviota tunnel following an accident on Monday, November 7.
The lane closure began around 6:58 a.m. according to California Highway Patrol.
Caltrans says an overturned dump truck is blocking the #2 lane.
CHP says the closure is estimated to last approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
