The sheriff’s office is looking into reported thefts of sponsor banners from Los Osos Middle School.
In an Instagram post, the sheriff’s office says it was notified Tuesday night that approximately 20 banners that lined a fence on campus were gone and appeared to have been cut down around 5 p.m.
Anyone with information on the thefts is asked to call dispatch at (805) 781-4550. Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers at (805) 549-STOP.
