Santa Barbara County safety officials are working to keep the community safe and informed when it comes to storm preparedness near the Cave Fire burn scar area.
The community is invited to attend an informational meeting Thursday night.
Public safety officials will discuss mitigation, preparations and decision-making processes in advance of the winter storm season.
That meeting will take place at 5:30 p.m. at 6100 Wallace Becknell Road.
