Santa Barbara County Sheriff's officials say one person is now in custody after a standoff in Montecito late Wednesday afternoon.
It all started around 4:30 p.m. with a report of a barricaded subject at a property on Fairway Road near Channel Drive.
Channel Drive was closed and sheriff's officials say it will remain closed for a while longer as they continue to investigate the incident.
