Aaron Stockwell, 48, was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Oceano on suspicion of criminal threats, stalking, domestic violence, and violation of a court order.

Investigators say the package was found on a vehicle in the 1200 block of Seabright Ave. after police received a call from a victim who reported being threatened.

Several blocks of Seabright and S. 13th Street were closed while officers investigated the discovery.

The package was eventually determined to not be a threat, and the streets were reopened. A precautionary lockdown at Grover Beach Elementary School was also lifted.

Police say this appears to be an isolated incident.
