VIP champagne reception, a live auction and local entertainment. These are just some of the features from the fourth annual "Swingin' by the Sea" fundraiser for the Chapman Estate Foundation.
The ocean-side event took place in Shell Beach Saturday.

Artists from the California Art Club painted portraits of the estate that were later auctioned off.
All funds from the live auction go toward the restoration of the 1934 windmill on the estate.
