Teachers from Ocean View elementary School in Arroyo Grande say they miss seeing their kids so much that they decided to have a local neighborhood parade.

They planned a route so their students could wave to them from their windows or driveways as the teachers drove by in their cars.

The students have been out of school for two weeks now. One Family says this was a nice break from their new quarantine routine.

"We have two kids that go to Ocean View and a daughter that goes to Paulding Middle School. We're just here to support our teachers. They're going to do a drive by parade because we miss them," said Kari Sinner.

The Sinner family says building and maintaining a daily schedule has been their saving grace. they also say they're grateful to be together as a family during quarantine.
