The grand prize winner of the 11th annual Cambria Scarecrow Festival is no ordinary scarecrow.
In fact, none of the hundreds of handmade scarecrows entered in this year's festival would qualify as your garden variety scarecrow.
From now through the end of October, you'll find creative recreations of sea creatures, cartoon characters, zombies, and celebrities positioned throughout Cambria, San Simeon and Harmony.
The winners of the community contest were announced at this weekend's Octoberfest at the Pinedorado Grounds and the grand prize winner was an elaborate seahorse scarecrow named "Seabiscuit." You can find "Seabiscuit" at Robin's Restaurant. It was created by Tish Rogers.
