According to CHP, at approximately 3:45 a.m. Friday morning, there was a traffic incident involving at least three vehicles on Highway 101 near El Capitan State Beach Road.
Both southbound lanes are blocked as crews clear debris.
Fire crews and medics are responding. Right now, CHP is reporting minor injuries on scene.
