Two men were arrested Monday after a pursuit involving San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's deputies.
Sheriff's officials say around 5 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to a report of a disturbance in the 1700 block of Hi Mountain Rd. near Arroyo Grande.
They say the suspect, identified as a wanted fugitive, was seen leaving the area in a gray car.
Deputies reportedly spotted the car near Lopez Drive and tried to stop the vehicle but the driver continued, leading deputies on a pursuit, until eventually crashing at the intersection of Tiffany Ranch Rd. and Orcutt Rd.
The sheriff's office says two men ran from the vehicle, one of whom was quickly taken into custody with the help of a K9.
The second suspect was later found on a nearby property and taken into custody.
Sheriff's officials say deputies found a shotgun in the car.
Christopher Greenman and Craig Stephens, both 35, were booked into San Luis Obispo County Jail on charges of resisting arrest, being felons in possession of a firearm, and probation violations. Stephens was also booked on charges related to the vehicle pursuit and for having an outstanding felony warrant.
