SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — UPDATE (7:56 p.m.): A spokesperson for Cal Poly tells KSBY campus police received reports of a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision that was a possible hit and run, near the Performing Arts Center.
Two people were taken to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center with what appeared to be moderate injuries, according to officials.
Cal Poly Police are looking for the driver and vehicle involved, however officials could not confirm the make or model of the vehicle at this time.
This investigation is still on-going.

ORIGINAL STORY: Two people are now in the hospital after a collision on Cal Poly's campus.
Just before 7 p.m. Saturday night, first responders arrived on Cal Poly's campus for a traffic collision in front of the Perforning Arts Center, according to PulsePoint.
San Luis Obispo City Fire crews say two patients were transported to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
Cal Poly Police are now investigating the circumstances around the crash.
