ORIGINAL STORY: Fire crews are responding to reports of a vegetation fire along the 500 block of Niños Drive in Santa Barbara late Monday afternoon.
The Santa Barbara City Fire Department said at 4:42 p.m. that the fire was burning near the Santa Barbara Zoo, adding that six engines were on scene.
No evacuations have been ordered.
People are asked to stay away from the area.
