A person was killed in a crash over the weekend on Highway 101 in Carpinteria.
Few details were immediately available, but officers say it happened at about 5:25 a.m. Saturday near Linden Avenue.
A male from Ventura was reportedly killed in the crash. No other vehicles were involved.
