The Paso Robles Police Department has identified the woman killed in a two-vehicle collision last week as Yvette Ruiz of Paso Robles.
The crash happened near the intersection of Niblick Rd. and Spring St. at about 2:50 p.m. on Thursday, April 30.
Police say first responders arrived to find the woman trapped in her vehicle. She was extricated and taken to a local hospital, where she died.
The driver of the other vehicle also suffered injuries but was expected to recover, according to police.
