UPDATE: The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Coroner Bureau is identifying the woman found near Stearn's Wharf.
Officials say the woman found at the Dolphin Fountain on W. Cabrillo Blvd was 32-year-old Alexandria Grace Farstad from La Jolla and Riverside.
The cause and manner of her death are still under investigation.

Police in Santa Barbara are investigating after a woman’s body was found near Stearn’s Wharf.
The report came in just after 6:30 a.m. Monday.
Police say the body was discovered near the dolphin fountain at Cabrillo Boulevard near the beginning of the wharf and add that there are no signs of foul play.
The Santa Barbara County Coroner’s Office is working to identify the woman.
