The Women's March San Luis Obispo went virtual for its "Power Up Democracy" event.
The virtual rally featured guest speakers like California State Senator Monique Limon, California Lieutenant Governor Eleni Kounalakis, and more.
American Sign Language interpreters helped make the online event more accessible.
The organization says: "There can only be true democracy when all voices are heard and when all people are able to participate. In 2021, let’s Power Up Democracy!"
