The California Highway Patrol is escorting traffic on Interstate 5 over the Grapevine due to snow.
Caltrans Central Valley District 6 said CHP was pacing over the lanes around 7 p.m. Sunday because snow is sticking to the roadway.
Crews are asking people to drive carefully as rain continues to fall.
