Surfing at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics Tokyo will take place at Tsurigasaki Surfing Beach (also referred to as Shidashita Beach), which is located in the town of Ichinomiya within Chiba Prefecture. The beach is about 45 miles southeast of Olympic Stadium.
