The California Highway Patrol is responding to a crash on Highway 1 northbound near Morro Bay.
According to CHP, a vehicle veered off the roadway and crashed into a guardrail around 4:45 a.m. near Luisito Creek Road.
Officials say the crash damaged around 100 feet of the guardrail, which resulted in the closure of the number two lane in that area.
