The California Highway Patrol is reporting roadway flooding in Arroyo Grande Thursday morning.
According to CHP, the flooding is happening at the intersection of El Campo Rd. and Los Berros Rd. in Arroyo Grande.
Officials say water is rushing down El Campo Rd. across Los Berros Rd.
