Crews with CAL Fire and other emergency response teams responded to a multi-patient vehicle rollover with injuries at the Oceano Dunes on Saturday.
Officials say lifeguards and officers with State Parks managed to establish a landing zone while starting BLS care. ALS firefighters began initial treatments, and the flight crew helped assist both patients involved.
One patient was transported to the hospital by helicopter, while the other was taken by ambulance.
