Full of Life Flatbread in Los Alamos is continuing to serve customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Owner Clark Staub says he's working harder than ever and changing the way he operates his business in order to follow guidelines and ensure his customers' safety.

"A lot of people just don't know what to do, what's going on. We're trying to remain calm. We're utilizing everything we know how to by the guidelines to keep people safe and also keep people fed," Staub said.

The restaurant offers handcrafted seasonal flatbreads baked in an oak-fired stone oven. They're now offering pick up and curbside options Thursday through Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m.

The weekly menu features fresh ingredients and there's everything from soup to starters and, of course, flatbreads.

There are also family meal options that serve four people.
