A newly-opened San Luis Obispo vegan restaurant is providing hot vegan take-out for the community during the COVID-19 pandemic and stay-at-home order.
Ziggy's offers plant-based burgers, tacos, sides, and desserts.
"Driving around SLO and seeing all the businesses that are closed early, I felt it was really important for us to stay open normal operating hours, so we are running until 9 p.m. whereas I think a lot of businesses are closing as early as 7:00," said Matthew Martinez, Ziggy's owner.
Ziggy's is located on California Boulevard.
