Officials report northbound Highway 135 south of Orcutt is closed following a single-car crash. Two people in the car faced major injuries and were taken to the hospital.
Officials say only one lane on Southbound 135 is open, and are unsure when the roads will reopen. Drivers are urged to use alternate routes and remain alert for emergency response vehicles. Traffic is being diverted off Graciosa Road.
