Six new members were welcomed to the UC Santa Barbara Police Department during a swearing-in ceremony on Tuesday October 13.
Four Police Officers were sworn in alongside two Public Safety Dispatchers.
The department said the new team reflects its commitment to professionalism, accountability, and respect.
In a press release, the department said the new officers and dispatchers would play an important role in maintaining trust with students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
