A deadly crash near Buellton is under investigation by the CHP.
Fire officials say a minivan crashed into a tree around 5:45 p.m. Friday on the 6400 block of Santa Rosa Road killing the male driver.
According to officials he was the only person in the minivan and died at the crash scene.
