If you drive on Highway 1 north of Guadalupe, be prepared for some delays starting Monday, October 26 through Friday, October 30, weather permitting.
There will be one-way reverse traffic control for bridge girder placement at the Santa Maria River Bridge. Traffic control will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Caltrans officials say message and directional signs will be in place to alert drivers in advance of the areas under traffic control. Drivers can expect delays of up to 20 minutes.
