A masked suspect robbed a Bank of America in Santa Barbara at gunpoint Wednesday afternoon and then took off on a bicycle, according to police.
Authorities say they received multiple 911 calls around 3 p.m. on August 19, reporting the bank robbery at 1096 Coast Village Road.
Bank employees reported the masked suspect entered the branch, brandished what appeared to be a firearm, and demanded money before fleeing on a bicycle.
Police are still looking for the robber. Officials say the incident appears to be isolated, and there is no known ongoing threat to the public.
