Santa Barbara County is offering free eye exams and prescription glasses for all residents.
The county teamed up with non-profit "SEE International" to bring the initiative to two different locations.
On Thursday, August 20 free appointments are available from 9 a.m to 5p.m at the Santa Maria Health Center.
On Friday, August 21 appointments will be available in the same time range at the Lompoc Health Center.
Residents can make an appointment by contacting "SEE International" at 805-770-1376 or just walk in to one of the appointment centers.
Walk-ins will be seen on a first-come first-served basis and appointments will be given priority.
